Writing thank you notes. >:P What a pain! Literally. My hand is killing me and I had the worst neck and back ache last night from hunching over all the letters and addresses and lists. Woof! From now on, whenever I go to a wedding or bridal shower, I'm letting the bride know that she doesn't have to -- and in fact, is not allowed to -- write me any thank you notes.
Ok, I'm done ranting.
Best Part of Getting Married:
Going through the temple and recieving your endowment
Being sealed for time and all eternity to your best friend
Partying it up at the reception
Opening presents
Best Part of Being Married:
Hanging out with your best friend everyday
Sleeping next to your best friend every night
Waking up with your best friend every morning
Making sweet, sweet sandwiches
Having someone to cook for
Having someone to serve and get outside of yourself for
Having a constant support
Having someone to hope and dream with
Knowing there's no end to your relationship... no fear of a breakup
No more awkward first dates
Never feeling alone or unwanted
Knowing I'll never have to live with crazy roommates again
Getting kissed every day (and he is an amazing kisser)
Coming home to a clean kitchen (he's so good to me)
Everything!
I love being married!!!!!

A Whole Month!
Robby and I have been married a whole month now! How crazy is that?!? I love him so much. He's so wonderful to me -- even when I really don't derserve it. Like last night: We were laying in bed last night and I wasn't really tired so I was just talking to Robby as he was falling asleep. One minute everything was fine and we were haveing fun and the next I could feel myself getting sad and frustrated and angry. And out of nowhere I just started bawling. I had no reason -- absolutely no reason -- to have been acting this way and I felt ridiculous which only made me cry harder. Robby was so sweet and patient with me and I just felt like a jerk but I couldn't help it. No matter what I did, I couldn't stop crying. It took me an hour before I could control myself again. I just kept thinking: "What's wrong with me? This isn't normal! How can Robby love me when I'm such an idiot?" And this is like the 3rd time this has happened since we got married. What IS wrong with me? And yet he just held me until I could pull it together. I love him so much. I hope someday I can pull myself together. This is just a stab in the dark, but I'm betting it's the birth control. :(

Love 1 Another
I love how selfless, giving, and caring Robby is. He believes, as I do, that you have to be selfless in love. When you love someone, you put their needs above your own. But because you are both trying to fulfill the others' needs, both of your needs are met so you are both happy.
Robby is so sweet and kind. He is always trying to serve and live up to his priesthood responsibilities. He's a CNA at a nursing home right now and though the work is sometimes disgusting, you can see that he's passionate about it because he knows he is doing good in this world.
I love Robby and in 12 hours and 20 minutes, I'll be in the temple with him -- to be sealed to him as his wife for time and all eternity.
This concludes this wedding countdown. But this countdown doesn't end in zero, it ends in infinity.

Love is Composed of a Single Soul Inhabiting 2 Bodies
I don't believe in soul mates or a one and only for every person. I don't believe that we are destined or fated to marry any one particular person. But I do believe that our choices and actions lead us to the person who is our best fit and from there we become soul mates. We become 2 halves of 1 whole.
That's how I feel about Robby. I don't think that we were destined from the beginning to be together and any number of people could have made each of us happy. But because of the choices that we made, and the effort that we put into our friendship, we became what the other was looking for. I can't imagine being happy without him. He is part of who I am now. Robby is my everything.

3 Little Words
I love how brave Robby is. He does things that scare him all the time so that his fears won't conquer him. He hates spiders, but he'll kill them. He hates heights, but he rock climbs. And everybody fears rejection, but...
We had been secretly dating for about 6 weeks and I was trying to convince Robby that I wasn't the girl for him. Then, on his birthday (I was visiting him for the festivities), he dropped the L-bomb. I had never expected him to tell me that he loved me and I couldn't say it back at the time. But he told me it was ok -- he didn't expect me to say it back. He just wanted me to know how he felt.
It took me two weeks to say it back to him and it was the scariest thing I've ever had to do or say. What if he had changed his mind? What if he rejected me? But I told him I loved him too and I'm so glad I did.
I'm so glad that Robby was brave enought to tell me he loved me. And I'm so glad he was patient enough to wait for me to be ready for him.

4 Years Later
I met Robby 4 years ago. He was my FHE brother Winter semester of my Sophomore year. It took me a while to realize how amazing his is, but over those four years, he became my best friend will soon be my eternal companion.
He has always been there for me. We dated, for the first time, 2 1/2 years ago. Unfortunately, neither of us was ready at that time so we broke up. But even after we broke up, we stayed best friends. Even after we started dating other people, he was still my best friend.
I'm so grateful for the past 4 years, and the time they have given me to get to know Robby slowly and steadily so that I would be ready to take this very huge step and marry him. I feel like Robby knows me better than anyone else. I'm so glad we stayed best friends after all this years and that now was get to stay best friends for eternity.
Robby is more that I ever could have dreamed of. I love him infinitely. He is my Dream Come True!
